Cancelling and refunds, plainly.

Every visitor can try 3 questions from today's paper and from each practice subject, with no sign-up and no payment, so you can judge whether RajyaPrep fits your prep before paying. We encourage trying it first.

• Access is a one-time purchase for a fixed period — 30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly. It does not auto-renew.
• Nothing is stored to charge you again — no standing mandate on your bank or card, so there is nothing to cancel. You keep full access for the whole period you paid for.
• When the period ends, access stops until you choose to buy again. Buying before it ends adds to your remaining days rather than replacing them.

• Single paper or subject test (₹20): it is delivered in full the moment the payment succeeds, so it cannot be returned once bought, and it does not expire. Duplicate charges and papers or tests that failed to open are refunded in full — write to us and we will sort it out.
• Monthly plan:a full refund is available within 7 days of paying, as long as you have not attempted any questions — in a daily paper or a subject-wise test — on that purchase.
• Yearly plan: a pro-rata refund (for the unused portion) is available within 7 days of any charge.
• Outside these windows, refunds are considered case-by-case for genuine issues such as a duplicate charge or a billing error.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days after approval.

Email support@rajyaprep.com with your registered phone number and the reason for the request. We reply within two working days. For anything billing-related, this is the fastest route to a resolution.
