What we owe each other.

These terms are the agreement between you and RajyaPrep. By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the service, you accept them. If there is something here you are not willing to agree to, the right thing to do is not to use the service — and if it is something you think we have got wrong, tell us, because we would rather know.

You need to be sixteen or older. Signing in is by one-time code to your mobile number, or through Google, so keeping your account safe largely means keeping those safe — anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account.

An account is for one person. We are not going to police how you study, but a single plan shared between several aspirants is not what you have paid for, and we may close accounts that are obviously being shared.

Access is sold as a one-time payment for a fixed period: thirty days for the monthly plan, a year for the yearly one. Nothing renews automatically. We take no standing mandate on your card or bank account, which means there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can be charged later without you deciding to buy again. When the period ends, access simply stops.

While your monthly or yearly access is running you get every daily paper we publish, every subject-wise test we release, your progress history, and your place on the leaderboard. A single paper opens that one paper only. Buying again before your current period ends adds to the days you have left rather than replacing them.

Prices are the ones shown on the pricing page, in rupees, including any taxes we disclose there. Refunds are covered by our refunds and cancellation policy, which sets out the windows and how to ask.

We write our own questions. The facts behind them come from government releases and official statistics published under the Government Open Data Licence — India, from openly licensed material, from events reported in the public domain and, for subject-wise tests, from the Constitution of India and textbooks and reports published by NCERT, NIOS and government bodies, which we consult as reference. A fact is not anyone's property: we take the underlying facts and write our own stems, options and explanations from them. We do not reproduce anyone else's articles and we do not republish source text as our content.

Every question names the source its facts came from, so you can go and check. That citation is attribution and nothing more — it is not a claim of partnership or endorsement, and we are not affiliated with, or licensed by, any publication we cite. If you publish something we have cited and think we have got it wrong, write to support@rajyaprep.com and we will review it promptly.

The questions, options, rationales, the daily paper and the subject-wise tests are ours, and they are licensed to you for your own study. Please do not scrape, mirror or republish them. Your own performance data — your scores, your history, your rank — is yours, and you can have a copy whenever you ask.

Do not run multiple accounts, automate answers, or otherwise try to game the leaderboard. It is a small thing that makes the board worthless for everyone else, and we will remove rows and suspend accounts doing it. Do not use the service to harass other people, or for anything that breaks Indian law.

We intend to publish a paper every day, and we take that seriously — it is the whole product. Occasionally we may pause for maintenance, a security incident, or because something is not good enough to ship. When a pause is material we will say so and extend your access to make up for it.

What we cannot promise is an outcome. The service is provided as it is; whether you clear an examination depends on a great deal more than a daily paper, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

If you think a question is wrong, please tell us. Getting one wrong matters to us more than it costs you, and we would rather fix it than have you quietly stop trusting the paper.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something cannot be resolved by writing to us first — which is nearly always the faster route — the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will email your registered address and update the effective date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top always tells you which one you are reading.
